SEGUIMOS INVESTIGANDO, CONOCIENDO,
EXPERIMENTANDO,...PROBANDO ALIMENTOS
Con motivo de la celebración en el pueblo de
Gargantilla del entierro de la sardina...las mamis han traído al colegio
sardinas y... ¡las han asado!
Algunos
niños/as no sabían cómo era una sardina así, que ... qué mejor momento para
pedirles a las mamis una y traer la a clase...
Excusa para hablar sobre los animales en
general y, por supuesto, sobre la sardina en particular....
-¡Nuestra
sardina está fría seño! Exclamaban algunos niños/as. (Y hablamos sobre la
conservación de los alimentos)
-¡Y
tiene una piel rara! Decía una niña. (Hemos visto las partes externas: cabeza,
cola, aletas, escamas,...).
-¡Y
está dura! Indicaba otra niña preguntando a la vez ¿por qué? (Por dentro tiene
los diferentes aparatos: respiratorio y hemos abierto las branquias,
circulatorio,...)
Es
el momento de abrirla....y una mamá nos ha enseñado a limpiarla antes de
cocinarla.
